The food was decent with plenty of choice! I booked a room with a lovely bed, central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV.

Chic hotel with a very professional staff and a coffee bar. Lots of tasty food. Tastefully decorated, a nice size room with kettle, separate shower and coffee! Incredibly convenient and handy location at a moderate distance from a concert hall. Nestled close to restaurants and bars. 15 minutes' drive to the airport.

Everything the staff in this hotel were fantastic! One bar member called cass came back on shift to serve my friends and I when he had finished for the night. Extremely chatty and friendly loved the staff! Also had 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts in the hotel and the food was REALLY good
Minor details - had to get key card reprogrammed twice and no lift! However hotel quite small an only 2 flights of stairs but not so nice when up down an up again to get key card reprogrammed!

No elevator. The worst thing is to be located on Botanic park side- very very noise, because street is busy plus night club Empire in front. I asked to move me, than I was moved to smoking room and I asked better to move back, but in non smoking room. Spen two sleeples nights.

Liked the beds they were comfy and breakfast was very nice
Sockets in room 210 were very loose which is dangerous if young kids are about

breakfast was cooked in a deepfat fryer. mostly unedible & quite disgusting. surrounded by noisey nightclubs

Checking in was a bit quirky with no receptionist, just some clicks on the computer, but I enjoyed a free beer to ease the process! I loved unwinding with a drink on the sun terrace after a day of exploring, although the shower doors didn’t seal properly and caused a bit of a mess. it was a fun stay, just be mindful of the stairs if you have trouble getting around. 🍻

Nice room, noisy nights
Had a huge room that was really clean! Staff were super friendly and helped me with my bags, a nice touch. The bar downstairs is a cool spot to chill, but the music was way too loud-I couldn't get a decent sleep. Breakfast starts too late for early risers, unfortunately.

The Quadruple Room was fab! We had plenty of space with 2 double beds and even a TV. It was clean, and I loved the cozy vibe. Fresh towels every day and the complimentary beer was a nice touch. The location was super handy, just a quick walk to the city. But those early morning street noises were a bit annoying with the window open. It was a comfortable stay!
